The League are most grateful to Bideford AAC for agreeing to co-host with North Devon AC the fifth race in this year's G&S North Devon XC League on Northam Burrows.
We are also pleased to announce that this meeting will see the a 'double header' with the Westward League, which is the premier cross country league in the South West of England.

11:50am UNDER 11 GIRLS: 1 x LONG LAP (1600 metres) START-A-B-C-D-FINISH
12:05pm UNDER 11 BOYS RACE: 1 x LONG LAP (1600 metres) START-A-B-C-D-FINISH
12:20pm UNDER 13 GIRLS RACE: 2 x LONG LAPS (3200 metres) START-A-B-C-D-A-B-C-D-FINISH
12:40pm UNDER 15 GIRLS and UNDER 13 BOYS RACE: 1 x SHORT LAP + 2 x LONG LAP (4000 metres) START-A-B-C-D-2x(A-B-C-D)-FINISH
1:00pm UNDER 15 BOYS: 3 X LONG LAPS (4800 metres) START-3x(A-B-C-D)-FINISH
1:30pm UNDER 17 MEN/WOMEN and SENIOR WOMEN: 1 x SHORT + 3 LONG LAPS (5600 metres) START-A-C-D-3x(A-B-C-D)-FINISH
2:20pm SENIOR MENS RACE: 1 x SHORT + 5 x LONG LAPS (8600 metres) A-C-D-5x(A-B-C-D)-FINISH

Please note that G&S entered runners may also score for their clubs in the Westward League but must wear their G&S numbers to score in both leagues.

Directions to the course:

Gliddon & Squire Race HQ / Registration will be situated near the start which will be 200 metres past the cattle grid/gateway at the end of Pebbleridge Road off Golf Links Road (turning at the west end of the cricket ground).
There is ample free parking along this road alongside the course.
Alternative access to the same free car park is via Sandymere Road at the west end of Golf Links Road.
